Week 3 Meal Plan

The weekly meal plan is up! I’m excited about this series of posts for a few reasons. For starters, it keeps me accountable to having a plan and sticking to it. And it always is living proof that eating healthy doesn’t have to be an expensive laborious task! This week is a little skewed because it’s Theo’s first birthday!! We are celebrating by taking him to SeaWorld. So I haven’t planned anything for Thursday because we will probably be eating at the park. But I will include great on-the-go snack options that I’ll be bringing with us. 
Meal Plan Recipes Stir fry sauce:1/2 cup coconut aminos2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar2 cloves garlic minced 2 drops fish sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt  Mix everything in a small bowl. Greek dressing One minute Mayo2 cloves garlic1 tablespoon dill or parsley tablespoon lemon juice Blend everything. Lettuce wrapped burger Turkey fritters Tuna salad On the go snacks  ChompsRX barsDeli meatNut butter packets Raisins Applesauce Nuts
