Pumpkin Spice Bulletproof Coffee

This ain’t your basic pumpkin spice latte. This is a fat burning, mentally clarifying, protein packed, morning indulgence.
If you haven’t heard about the bulletproof diet, it’s worth checking out. It’s basically focused around eliminating toxins in your food and eating a high amount of healthy fat. Matt and I are trying it out right now. We’ve done something similar in the past and have had great success.
The big trademark is their Bulletproof Ground Coffee . We just found it in stores at Lazy Acres but you can order it online as well. Their coffee claims to have no mold and less toxins than other beans.
It’s not just about the beans though. You also add grass-fed butter and MCT oil to your cup of joe and whirl it in a blender. The result? A thick layer of frothy foam on top. And a coffee that will keep you full and focused until lunch.

Let’s break this down. A pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks is filled with sugar. Sugar burns FAST. So you’ll probably feel awesome for a little while but then you’ll lose your energy as your blood sugar crashes.
Bulletproof coffee is loaded with healthy fat. Fat burns slowly in your body and you’ll feel fuller longer. It also allows the caffeine to release slowly so instead of feeling jittery, you’ll get a slow steady stream of energy.

But don’t take my word for it. Give it a try!
I’ve upgraded mine to include grass-fed collagen. Collagen is known for its skin and aging benefits and also adds a bit of protein to your morning.
