Faux Fried Rice
What do you do when your boyfriend wants Chinese food for dinner but you don’t want to feel like crud the next day? You make some Chinese fake-out while he is picking up food. Seriously, I had this entire meal done in half the time it took him to drive to Panda Express and back. I also cleared out half of freezer making this.
He wanted to have a cheat day but I’m still diggin’ how I’m feeling on the bulletproof plan. I don’t want to feel completely left out but I also don’t want to eat all the junk that is added to take-out food right now. First I asked if he could pick me up something that didn’t have any soy, sugar or vegetable oils. Then I quickly realized how ridiculous that sounded. I looked through the fridge to find what I was willing to eat for dinner and found a couple bags of frozen caulirice.
Done. Fried rice. Easy.
