Hey guys, welcome! My name is Rachel and this is my small slice of the internet I call Growing Up Grass Fed. Its basically my journey through healthy, sustainable eating while raising a tiny human.
My approach to food is pretty straight forward. It should taste good, make you feel good, and be simple to prepare. Our family follows a loose Paleo model so you’ll find lots of paleo friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free, and keto options here.
You’ll also find a new meal plan each week to give you some inspiration and guidance. Life gets hectic when you have kids so this is my contribution to help make your week a little easier! Most of my meals are super simple to prepare in a short amount of time with accessible ingredients.
